Junction Leap is a timing-arcade where you leap between converging tracks at junction points. Forty levels across four themes. The format combines auto-runner pacing with junction-timing decisions.
What works is the junction-indicator. Arrows show converging tracks well before the junction itself. Players can plan leap timing rather than reacting.
Forty levels with junction density escalating per theme. Late levels have multiple back-to-back junctions that require pre-planning.
Tested over four Adelaide Glenelg tram commute sessions. Touch tap is the natural input. Keyboard space-bar works on desktop.
Where the design earns its rating is the leap-arc physics. Each leap follows a fixed parabolic arc. Players develop intuition for the arc length and time leaps accordingly.
Where I would push back is the campaign length. Forty levels is fine but additional theme variants would extend replay value.
Four stars. Solid junction-timing arcade with thoughtful indicator design. Recommended.
